Replatforming Craster.com to BigCommerce.

The Challenge

Craster makes beautiful high-end furniture for luxury hotels and restaurants, however Craster.com didn’t quite reflect the quality and uniqueness of the product nor the image of the brand. The UX was disjointed and the CRM integration sub-optimal. A solution was needed to better represent Craster online and to make the sales process more efficient.

The Solution

Craster needed a platform that would deliver on all current and future functional requirements, and an experienced implementation partner that could realise the brand vision. I led a thorough RFP process that unearthed both, and Craster went on to appoint a specialist agency to develop a sleek and intuitive website on BigCommerce.
