I’m an independent ecommerce and CRM consultant with 15+ years of experience helping ambitious d2c and multichannel brands grow and scale.

I work closely with senior leaders and ‘on-the-ground’ teams to help transform the direct sales channel - either on a retained basis or as a stand alone project. My services range from auditing current activity - sales performance, business processes and technology - through to strategy development, execution and measurement.
